Why We Collect Personal Information
RACOD.ORG collects and uses your personal information to give you superior customer service, to provide you with convenient access to our products and services, and to make a wider range available to you. In addition, we may use your personal information to keep you up to date on the latest announcements, Site updates, special offers, and other information we think you'd like to hear about. This may occasionally include information from other entities. From time to time, we may also use your personal information to contact you to participate in a survey, so that we can gauge customer satisfaction and develop better products and services.
How We Collect Personal Information
We collect information about you in several ways. For example, we might ask for your contact information when you correspond with us, call us, make a purchase or request, or participate in an online survey. In addition, when asked to be included in an email mailing list, we collect and store the information you provide in a secure database. To save you time and make our web services even easier to use, some areas of the RACOD.ORG website allow you to create a "RACOD.ORG ID" using your personal information. Here's how it works: Simply fill out a brief profile then choose a password for security. The system saves your information and assigns you a personal RACOD.ORG ID.
When We Disclose Personal Information
RACOD.ORG works with other companies that help us provide RACOD.ORG products and services to you, and we may provide your personal information to these companies. For example, we give shipping companies this information so they can deliver your information, documents or products efficiently. The information they receive is for shipping and delivery purposes only.
At times we may be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we believe that disclosure is necessary for the public interest.
How We Protect Your Personal Information
RACOD.ORG safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. We urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet.
Collecting Other Personal Information
When you browse RACOD.ORG's website, you are able to do so anonymously. Generally, we don't collect personal information when you browse, not even your email address. Your browser, however, does automatically tell us the type of computer and operating system you are using.
In some of our email to you, we use a "click-through URL." When you click one of these URLs, you pass through our web server before arriving at the website that is your destination. We may track click-throughs to help us determine your interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications.

ACCOUNTS, PASSWORDS AND SECURITY
Certain features or services offered on or through any RACOD.ORG Site may require you to open an account (including setting up a RACOD.ORG ID and password). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify RACOD.ORG immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by RACOD.ORG or any other user of or visitor to the Site due to someone else using your RACOD.ORG ID, password or account.
You may not use anyone else's RACOD.ORG ID, password or account at any time. RACOD.ORG cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
We are pleased to hear from our visitors and welcome your comments regarding our products and services. Unfortunately, however, our long-standing policy does not allow us to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, or materials other than those that we have specifically requested. We hope you will understand that it is the intent of this policy to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings when projects developed by our professional staff might seem to others to be similar to their own creative work. Please do not send us any unsolicited original creative materials such as drawings, notes or ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. While we do value your feedback on our services and products, we request that you be specific in your comments on those services and products, and not submit any ideas, suggestions, or materials (unless specifically requested by us).
If, through participation in certain activities, you send any material (e.g., postings to chat, boards, or e-mail feedback) or, despite our request, you send us unsolicited creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other information (collectively, the "Submissions"), despite what your letter or e-mail says, the Submissions shall be deemed, and shall remain, our property without compensation to you. None of the Submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on our part and we shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions. Without limitation of the foregoing, we shall exclusively own all now-known or hereafter existing rights to the Submissions of every kind and nature throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions or any other person or entity.
FORUMS AND PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
"Forum" means a chat area, message board, instant messaging, mobile messaging or e-mail function (including, but not limited to, electronic greeting cards) offered as part of any RACOD.ORG Site. If you participate in any Forum within a RACOD.ORG Site, you agree to follow our terms set forth below.
You acknowledge that anything you submit to a RACOD.ORG Site by way of any Forum is routed through RACOD.ORG's servers and the Internet and that, therefore, you have no expectation of privacy with regard to any such submission. You acknowledge that the Forums and features on RACOD.ORG Sites are forums for public and not private communications. Please keep in mind that whenever you give out personal information online, for example, via message boards or chat, that information can be collected and used by people you don't know. We cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online; you make such disclosures at your own risk.
Users or visitors shall remain solely responsible for the content of their messages in the Forums. We are not responsible for the content or opinions posted or sent by users in any Forum. You take responsibility for postings under your username and use the information provided in the Forums at your own risk. We reserve the right to remove or edit content from any Forum at any time and for any reason although we have no duty to do so.
When participating in a Forum, never assume that people are who they say they are, know what they say they know, or are affiliated with whom they say they are affiliated with in any chat room, message board, or other user-generated content area. Information obtained in a Forum may not be reliable, and it is not a good idea to take any action, including to trade or make any investment decisions, based solely or largely on information you cannot confirm. We cannot be responsible for the content or accuracy of any information, and shall not be responsible for any trading, investment, or any decisions made based on such information.
